Turner Boyd Seraphine named 2024 Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion finalist

We are pleased to announce that The Recorder and Law.com has listed Turner Boyd Seraphine as a 2024 finalist under the Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion Finalists category. TBS will be recognized at the California Legal Awards ceremony in October.

For Turner Boyd Seraphine—a woman-owned and woman-founded patent law firm—diversity comes naturally.  TBS is made up of dedicated allies and diverse attorneys, including 69% underrepresented lawyers (a third of whom represent multiple, underrepresented intersectional demographics).  Since it was founded, TBS has grown organically into a diverse and inclusive work environment, far exceeding the modest goals for diversity set by its competitor firms.

TBS is not satisfied with just being diverse, though, and through a variety of initiatives continues to promote diversity within the firm while also championing it in the greater legal community.  This includes endowing the TBS Women in Intellectual Property Pipeline Scholarship, which has supported students at California State University at Northridge since 2022.
